where is my print?

  1. Please review the shipping address on your invoice to confirm it is correct. If it is incorrect, please contact us at support@kehasuk.com.

  2. Please check your USPS tracking number to see if your print has been delivered. If not, please wait.

*Domestic claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date.
*International claims must be made within 45 days of shipment date.

No reimbursements or reshipments available beyond this claim period.


USPS tracking says it has been delivered, but i have not received it.

If your USPS tracking number claims the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Please check with your neighbor to see if the package was sent to them.

  2. Please check with others in your household.

  3. If living in a complex, please check with the front desk.

  4. Please check with your local post office.

  5. Please wait a few extra business days.

  6. If all of the above was done, please contact us at support@kehasuk.com.
