Please check your USPS tracking number to see if your print has been delivered. If not, please wait.
*Domestic claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date.
*International claims must be made within 45 days of shipment date.
No reimbursements or reshipments available beyond this claim period.
USPS tracking says it has been delivered, but i have not received it.
If your USPS tracking number claims the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it yet, please follow these steps:
Please check with your neighbor to see if the package was sent to them.
Please check with others in your household.
If living in a complex, please check with the front desk.
Please check with your local post office.
Please wait a few extra business days.
